William will preform a recital of works by Dietrich Buxtehude on the von Beckerath organ, Opus 19 (1957)
The Church of the Covenant in Cleveland, OH, is home to Skinner/Aeolean-Skinner/Holtkamp Opus 844/844-A originally installed in 1930, and Richards, Fowkes, and Co. Opus 19, installed in 2010.
In the Summer of 2021, this video will be premiered on the Oberlin Stage Left Youtube channel. It features performances of the Chorale Preludes by all 2020-2021 organ department students.
Composers performed include Dietrich Buxtehude, J. S. Bach, Jehan Alain, and Jeanne Demessieux.
This recital will also include a premier of my composition "Ave Maris Stella"
The organ is by Austin Organs Inc. Opus 2547, Dedicated 1972, of 31 ranks.
William will perform works of Buxtehude, van Noordt, Bach, and Sweelinck on the Richards, Fowkes and Co. Op. 5 (1995) organ at St. Johns. Livestream link will be available.
William has previously served as the intern, studying under Nathan Lively, at St. Johns in January 2020.
